GLOW, Wolverine, KLOW: peptide protocol presets in 30 seconds

What's actually in the named peptide blends · GLOW, Wolverine, KLOW, BPC + TB-500 healing stack, GH Pulse · and how Regimio loads a 12-week cycle with a single tap.

If you've been on r/Peptides for more than a week, you've seen the named blends. GLOW. Wolverine. KLOW. BPC + TB-500. They're the de facto "starter stacks" for the most common goals: skin and recovery, muscle and joint, all-around healing, growth-hormone pulses.

Most of them aren't proprietary formulations. They're named protocols · combinations of well-known peptides at well-tested doses. The names just make them easier to discuss in forum threads.

Here's what's actually in each one, what they're typically used for, and how Regimio handles them as one-tap presets.

GLOW · skin and recovery

Stack:

  • GHK-Cu · 2 mg daily, sub-Q
  • BPC-157 · 250 mcg daily, sub-Q
  • TB-500 · 2.5 mg twice per week, sub-Q

Cycle length: Typically 8 weeks.

What it targets: Skin quality, hair, recovery from soft-tissue damage. GHK-Cu (copper peptide) is the dermatological lead · it's used in topical cosmetics in micro-doses. BPC-157 supports gut and tendon healing. TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) supports tissue repair and inflammation reduction.

The Regimio preset:

When you select GLOW from the preset library, the app pre-fills:

  • Compound 1: GHK-Cu, 2 mg, daily, sub-Q, abdomen
  • Compound 2: BPC-157, 250 mcg, daily, sub-Q, abdomen
  • Compound 3: TB-500, 2.5 mg, twice per week (Mon/Thu), sub-Q, abdomen
  • Vial reconstitution dialogs queued for each

You can edit any dose, frequency, or site assignment. Or accept defaults and move on.

Wolverine · muscle, joint, recovery

Stack:

  • BPC-157 · 250 mcg daily, sub-Q
  • TB-500 · 2.5 mg twice per week, sub-Q
  • MK-677 · 25 mg orally, before bed

Cycle length: 12 weeks.

What it targets: Joint and muscle recovery, deep sleep, lean mass preservation. MK-677 is technically a growth hormone secretagogue (a GHRH mimetic in oral form), not a peptide · but it's grouped with peptide stacks because it shares the same userbase.

The Wolverine name comes from the recovery-focused profile: BPC and TB for tissue, MK for nightly GH pulses. Like the X-Men character, the stack is built for "heals fast."

The Regimio preset:

  • BPC-157 and TB-500 same as GLOW
  • MK-677, 25 mg, daily, oral, before-bed reminder set for 21:30 local

Oral compounds skip the body-map screen. The dose is logged via the quick-log button.

KLOW · kitchen-sink recovery

Stack:

  • KPV · 250 mcg daily, sub-Q
  • TB-500 · 2.5 mg twice per week, sub-Q
  • BPC-157 · 250 mcg daily, sub-Q
  • GHK-Cu · 2 mg daily, sub-Q

Cycle length: 8 weeks.

What it targets: A maximalist healing stack. KPV adds anti-inflammatory action (it's a downstream fragment of α-MSH). The full quartet is for users coming off a real injury or surgery.

The Regimio preset:

Same dose mechanics as GLOW + adds KPV. Reconstitution defaults are pre-filled (2 mL BAC water for 10 mg KPV vials, sub-Q abdomen rotation).

BPC + TB-500 · the healing stack

Stack:

  • BPC-157 · 250 mcg daily, sub-Q (sometimes split AM/PM)
  • TB-500 · 2.5 mg twice per week, sub-Q

Cycle length: 6 weeks.

What it targets: The classic post-injury or post-training-cycle recovery protocol. Two peptides, well-studied, easy to source. The most common "first peptide stack" for a TRT user adding peptide work.

The Regimio preset:

Just the two compounds. Six-week cycle window auto-set. Good entry point for users new to peptide injection rotation · only two sites needed.

GH Pulse · growth hormone secretagogue

Stack:

  • CJC-1295 (no DAC) · 100 mcg pre-bed, sub-Q
  • Ipamorelin · 100 mcg pre-bed, sub-Q (often mixed in same syringe)

Cycle length: 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off, repeat.

What it targets: Pulses of growth hormone secretion during sleep. Pre-bed timing aligns with the natural nighttime GH pulse. CJC-1295 (without DAC) has a short half-life that doesn't elevate baseline GH · it pulses with each dose.

The Regimio preset:

  • Both compounds at 100 mcg, daily, sub-Q, pre-bed reminder at user-selected time (default 21:30)
  • Co-injection: same syringe option flagged (Regimio still tracks them as separate logs but only requires one site selection)

Marek Standard · the TRT preset

Not a peptide, but the most common TRT preset in the library:

  • Test Cypionate · 100 mg twice per week (Mon/Thu), IM
  • HCG · 500 IU twice per week (Mon/Thu), sub-Q
  • Anastrozole · 0.25 mg every other day, oral

Cycle length: Continuous (no off-cycle).

This is the "standard" TRT protocol Marek Health prescribes for most patients. It's the conservative starting point for non-fertility-conserving male TRT.

How presets handle the reconstitution math

Every peptide preset triggers the vial setup screen during onboarding. For each compound, you specify:

  • Vial size (the actual mg in the vial · 5 mg, 10 mg, etc.)
  • BAC water volume (chip suggestions: 1 mL, 2 mL, 3 mL, 5 mL, custom)
  • Date opened (defaults to today; the 28-day BAC water countdown starts from this date)

From those three, the app computes concentration, dose volume, syringe units, and doses remaining. The recon math is shown · not hidden · at every dose log.

Why presets matter

Setting up a 12-week peptide cycle manually takes 20+ minutes:

  • Add each compound
  • Configure dose, frequency, route
  • Set up reconstitution
  • Configure local reminders
  • Set up site rotation defaults

Setting it up via a preset takes 30 seconds:

  • Tap preset
  • Confirm vial sizes
  • Done

The presets are the difference between "I'll get to it next week" and "I started today." Most users who skip the preset library end up running a half-configured stack for the first two weeks because the friction won.

What presets you can add

The library covers most named blends in v0:

  • TRT: Marek Standard, Defy Default, Lean TRT
  • Peptides: GLOW, Wolverine, KLOW, BPC + TB Healing, GH Pulse
  • GLP-1: Tirz Ladder, Sema Ladder, Maintenance
  • Combined: Marek + Healing, Marek + GH

Want a preset that isn't there? You can save your own. Tap "Save as preset" in the stack tab and it becomes a one-tap reuse for next cycle.

The GLP-1 titration ladder covers the metabolic side in depth. The site rotation post is essential before you start any sub-Q peptide stack.

Steady is a strategy.
