Manifesto

Ten tenets. One product.

We wrote these before we wrote a line of code. Every feature is tested against them. Anything that fails gets cut.

  1. 01

    Steady is a strategy.

Your testosterone shouldn't spike and crash. Your peptide cycles shouldn't be chaos. Your supplements shouldn't be guesswork. The point of the app is to keep your stack steady · so your levels are.

  2. 02

    Built by lifters, not VCs.

We're not raising a Series A to pivot into telehealth. We don't sell data. We don't restrict what you log. Your stack, your call.

  3. 03

Privacy is a precondition, not a feature.

Protocol data is sensitive, whether someone is medically supervised or tracking a private stack. On-device by default. One-tap erase. No analytics on doses.

  4. 04

    The math is the moat.

Reconstitution to four decimals, no rounding. Forward and reverse calculators. Ester half-life curves. Trough draw windows. If we get the math wrong, nothing else matters.

  5. 05

Faster than Excel. Smarter than ChatGPT. More private than the cloud.

The bar is set by the tools you already use. If Regimio doesn't beat all three at once, it doesn't ship.

  6. 06

Free covers the daily loop. Pro pays for itself.

Free is never a cripple-tier · it's a real free tier. Pro unlocks unlimited tracking, cross-stack context, doctor-ready exports, and the roadmap features that justify a paid line. Cancel and your data stays.

  7. 07

    Reminders are not a nice-to-have.

A health app whose notifications don't fire is worse than no app. We test 50 in a row, 0 drops. Local notifications. No push server. Reliability is the moat.

  8. 08

    Two taps. Always.

Logging a dose should be faster than typing into the Notes app. Tap a green dot. Confirm. Done. Anything that adds a third tap has to earn it.

  9. 09

The body map is the path of least resistance.

You don't type a site name. You tap a dot. Three colors. Per-compound history. Sub-Q and IM tracked separately. Because real rotation is the difference between scar tissue in six months and not.

  10. 10

We respect what you already know.

Real verbs: pin, log, stack, dial in, titrate, rotate, recon, dose, cycle, trough, peak. We don't use 'wellness,' 'journey,' or 'balance.' You're not on a journey. You're running a protocol.
