What is Regimio?+
Regimio is a privacy-first mobile app for tracking TRT, peptides, GLP-1, supplements, and labs in a single timeline. iOS and Android. Local-first. No account required to start.
How do you pronounce 'Regimio'?+
Reh-JIM-ee-oh. It is built around regimen, rhythm, and steady protocol tracking.
Who is Regimio for?+
Anyone running a real multi-compound protocol: TRT users, peptide stackers, GLP-1 patients, perimenopause HRT, longevity nerds, serious supplement stackers. Built for users who already know their stack.
Will Regimio refuse to track research compounds?+
No. We don't restrict what you can log. Your stack, your call. This is the explicit anti-positioning of the app.
Is Regimio FDA-cleared or HIPAA-certified?+
Regimio is informational software · not a medical device. We're not a HIPAA covered entity. We follow HIPAA-aligned data practices voluntarily.
Privacy & data
Where is my data stored?+
On your device. We use a local SQLite database in the app's sandboxed storage. No cloud sync unless you explicitly enable it.
Do you have a server?+
Not for user data. We have a billing relationship with Apple/Google for IAP. Sentry crash reporting is opt-in. That's it.
Can I delete all my data?+
Settings → Danger zone → Erase everything. One tap. Drops the entire database, Keychain, secure store, and caches. Final.
Will you ever sell data?+
No. Selling data is incompatible with what Regimio is. If we ever change this, it would require a complete rewrite of the privacy policy with explicit re-consent.
Do you send analytics?+
Crash reports are opt-in and scrubbed of compound names, doses, lab values. No Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment. No advertising SDKs.
Logging & math
Does Regimio handle reconstitution math?+
Yes · embedded in the logger. Forward (vial + BAC water → concentration) and reverse (target dose → BAC water needed). 4-decimal precision. U-100 / U-50 syringe conversion shown inline.
How fast is dose logging?+
Two taps from home screen. Tap a green dot on the body map. Confirm the pre-filled dose. Done.
Can I log multiple doses per day?+
Yes. BID, EOD, TID, custom · sibling doses never auto-complete each other.
What about ester half-lives?+
Preloaded for cypionate, enanthate, propionate, undecanoate, plus common peptides. Custom values supported.
Can I track sub-Q and IM separately?+
Yes. Per compound, the body map keeps sub-Q and IM rotation histories separate. They are never mixed.
Compounds & protocols
What compounds are supported?+
Everything. TRT, HCG, AIs, every common peptide (BPC-157, TB-500, MK-677, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, Sema, Tirz, Reta, Cagri, MOTS-C, Epitalon, KPV), supplements, GLP-1s, and any custom compound you add.
Do you ship preset cycles?+
Yes. GLOW, Wolverine, KLOW, Marek Standard, Defy Default, Lean TRT, Healing Stack, GH Pulse, Tirzepatide ladder, Semaglutide ladder, Maintenance. Drop a 12-week cycle in 30 seconds.
Can I customize a preset?+
Yes. Pick a preset → edit any dose, cadence, or compound → confirm. Or build from scratch.
What happens when I change my protocol mid-cycle?+
Regimio uses protocol versioning. Your old protocol is preserved with its dates and a `superseded_by` link to the new one. Your history is never overwritten.
Reminders & notifications
Are reminders push or local?+
Local. No push server. No email required. Notifications are scheduled on-device and survive reboots.
What about the trough blood draw reminder?+
Regimio auto-derives your trough window from your ester half-life and injection cadence. Notification fires ~12-24h before your next injection: 'Trough window · draw blood tomorrow morning before your shot.'
Will it remind me about BAC water expiry?+
Yes. 28-day countdown auto-starts when you log a vial puncture. Warnings fire 3 days before and on expiry.
Refill warnings?+
Yes. Recomputed after every log. At 7-day runway, you get a heads-up.
Integrations & labs
Does Regimio sync with Apple Health?+
Apple Health basics are on the roadmap. MVP tracking stays local-first and does not require HealthKit.
Health Connect on Android?+
Health Connect is on the Android roadmap. MVP tracking stays local-first and does not require Health Connect.
Oura, Whoop, Garmin?+
Oura and Whoop overlays are planned Pro roadmap features. Garmin is later.
Can I import lab PDFs?+
Lab import is a planned Pro roadmap feature. The MVP already supports manual labs and doctor-ready PDF export from tracked data.
Doctor export?+
Yes (Pro). One tap → clean 1-page PDF with last 90 days, adherence stats, biomarker trends, and compound changes. AirDrop, email, or print.
Pricing & account
Is Regimio free?+
Yes · forever. Free covers up to 3 compounds, 90 days of history, all daily-logging features, body map rotation, vial life, reconstitution math, and local reminders.
How much is Pro?+
$9.99/month or $59/year for the first 1,000 founder seats.
Do I need an account to subscribe?+
No. Apple App Store and Google Play handle billing without a Regimio account. The only feature that requires an account is opt-in multi-device sync.
What if I cancel?+
Your data stays on your device. Free-tier features keep working. One-tap export to SQLite + CSV + JSON is always available.
