Terms of service

1. What Regimio is

Regimio is a mobile and web application for tracking your hormone, peptide, GLP-1, supplement, and lab protocols. It is informational software. It is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Regimio. By installing the app or creating an account (for sync only), you confirm you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the medical decisions you make. Regimio is a tool, not a clinician.
  • You are responsible for the legality of the compounds you log in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your device and any sync credentials.

4. What Regimio is not responsible for

  • The outcomes of any decision you make based on the app.
  • The accuracy of values you enter or import.
  • The legality, quality, or safety of compounds you obtain elsewhere.
  • Data loss if you erase the app, lose your device, or skip backups.
  • Interruptions to third-party services (Apple, Google, Sentry, etc.) that Regimio depends on.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Regimio Pro is billed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Regimio directly.
  • Pricing: $9.99/month or $59/year founder pricing (USD) for the first 1,000 annual subscribers.
  • 7-day free trial available. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Cancellation: managed in your Apple ID / Google Play account.
  • Refunds: per Apple / Google refund policies in your jurisdiction.
  • Free tier remains available indefinitely without billing.

6. Cancellation behaviour

If you cancel Pro:

  • Your local data stays on your device, untouched.
  • Free-tier features continue working: logging, body map, basic notifications, vial expiry, 90 days of history.
  • You can export your full database (SQLite + CSV + JSON) any time, even after cancel.
  • You lose access to: unlimited compounds, full history beyond 90 days, cross-stack timeline, doctor PDF export, and future Pro roadmap features.

7. Intellectual property

Regimio, its logo, wordmark, and the underlying code are owned by Lance Sessions / the Regimio organization. You receive a non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. The protocol presets in the app (GLOW, Wolverine, etc.) reflect community conventions and are not proprietary to Regimio.

8. Acceptable use

  • Use Regimio for personal protocol tracking. Do not impersonate medical professionals or sell access on behalf of Regimio.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the production database structure for redistribution.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the app or attempt to bypass tier limits.
  • Beta users: feedback shared in private beta channels may be acted upon publicly. Do not share embargoed builds outside the beta.

9. Termination

You can stop using Regimio at any time by uninstalling the app or erasing data. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, though enforcement is reserved for clear cases like fraud or abuse, not accidental rule-breaking.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Regimio is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific medical purpose. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regimio's total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent subscription period, or $100 (USD), whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California state and federal courts. If you are in the EU/UK, your local consumer protection laws still apply.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app changelog and on the website. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
